Class participants must register at least 5 days in advance and pay for the class at least 3 days prior to the class date.
Cancellations must be requested at least 3 days prior to the event and the full registration fee will be refunded. Cancellations after the 3 day limit will only be refunded at 50% of the registration fee.
Wabash Valley Fabrics will maintain a waiting list and will call you when vacancies occur or if another class can be arranged.
Class size is limited due to space requirements especially for machine embroidery classes.
Wabash Valley Fabrics has the authority to cancel classes if less than 3 individuals register for a class. Full refunds or a store credit will be issued.
Demonstrations conducted by vendors, quilting experts, artists, etc are scheduled throughout the year. Wabash Valley Fabrics will normally require pre-registration for these events. These events may be conducted for a fee or may be offered as walk-in demonstrations throughout an entire day. Please consult the website under events and or the calendar for information regarding these events.
One-on-One training sessions can be scheduled for individuals who need assistance with the operation and use of their sewing machines. Individuals who wish to arrange for one-on- one training or consultation regarding the use and maintenance of their individual sewing machines should contact Wabash Valley Fabrics for a special training appointment. The fee for one-on-one sewing machine training is $25 per hour. For sewing machine brands other than Viking we request that you bring with you the operation manual for your sewing machine if possible.
